We learnt how to make frames and tested materials for their waterproofness and then made tents. Back to top

We made paper boats. They had to have a sail and stay afloat when we blew them across the water tray. Back to top

Class 2 children have been making money holders

These wallets and purses lok good enough to have been bought in a shop but I can assure you the work was done by the children. They made good use of the hand sewing machine to make the trims around the edges. Back to top

The children had to design and make tents to keep the duplo person dry when it rained. This activity was cross curricular becaue the testing of materials to see if they are waterproof is part of the science curriculum. Back to top
